• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products and Orders

• All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items will always be in stock.
• Product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors without liability.
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated and include VAT/taxes where applicable. Shipping charges are extra and shown at checkout.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your order is accepted. We may reject or cancel an order (even after confirmation) for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.
• Once an order is accepted (usually when we dispatch the product), a binding contract is formed.

3. Payment

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns & Refunds:
  • We accept returns within 30 days (choose your policy) of delivery for most unused/unopened products.
  • Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Non-returnable items include: [personalized/custom products, hygiene items (e.g. underwear, cosmetics if opened), perishable goods, digital downloads, etc.].
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong item sent by us.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement (if available) or full refund including return shipping.
